Bonnet House Museum & Gardens to Host “Yoga Flow on the Veranda – A Tropical Treat” Classes with Instructor Lisa Pumper E-RYT 500®, YACEP®
- Guests will experience a tropical treat surrounded by the beauty of nature, with an all-level slow vinyasa yoga flow lead by SoFlo leading teacher, Lisa Pumper, E-RYT 500, YACEP.
- Each 75-minute class will sequence together basic yoga poses with breathing techniques in a fluid, meditative, and invigorating way. Adventurous yogis are invited to try variations of postures that will be offered. Each student is encouraged to expand their boundaries and celebrate a fun and energizing flow practice. This yoga class is suitable for all levels.
- After class, guests can bathe in nature and enjoy tropical tranquility at the Bonnet House Museum & Gardens. Attendees can explore on their own or join the group for a social walk under the tree canopy.
- Located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale Beach, and directly across the street from the beach, Bonnet House is truly a special healing space and hidden gem.
- Attendees are responsible for bringing their own yoga mat, hand towel, sunglasses, and water. Walking shoes are recommended for guests who plan to stay after class to walk the trails.
- The gift shop will be open at 11:00 a.m. for participants to purchase and enjoy several drink and food options.
