It’s Valentine’s Day! For the love of jazz join Willie Jones III and his A list all-star ensemble – Terell Stafford, trumpet; Robin Eubanks, trombone; Ralph Moore, sax; Eric Reed, piano, and Gerald Cannon, bass- in a special night of jazz love songs and more! Jones is one of NYC’s most prominent drummers with an abiding musicality and a tonal personality that, as Wynton Marsalis puts it, is “ever tasteful.” Pianist Eric Reed, Jones’s frequent collaborator, says Jones has a “West Coast swagger in his swing.” It will be a great night for lovin’ that jazz!  Presented by the Gold Coast Jazz Society.
