The Heart Gallery of Broward County and Truluck’s Seafood, Steak and Crab House are joining forces again to present the Tru-Hearts Luncheon on Thursday, February 20, at noon, at Truluck’s restaurant at The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale. This third annual luncheon, which spotlights those who are making a difference in the lives of children and families, will honor Debbie Banks Snyder and the Banks Family, owners of the iconic Lago Mar Resort in Fort Lauderdale.

Banks Snyder and family join past esteemed Tru-Hearts recipients, Fort Lauderdale Commissioner Heather Moraitis and Melissa Milroy of the Galleria at Fort Lauderdale, who continue to advocate for families in the local community.

A proud Fort Lauderdale native, Debbie Banks Snyder represents the third generation of the Banks family who are the proprietors of the renowned luxury Lago Mar Resort. Over the years, Banks Snyder and family have forged numerous philanthropic partnerships that benefit the community and better serve the interests of South Florida. Recently, Debbie was named to the board of Heart Gallery of Broward County and she is responsible for Lago Mar’s title sponsorship of Heart Gallery’s 2019 “Eat Your Heart Out.”
