Arc Broward will be continuing their pop-up dinner series The Traveling Plate at Parker Playhouse featuring Arc Culinary Executive Chef Juan Peralta. Peralta joined the culinary division of Arc Broward three years ago as Sous Chef and has risen to Executive Chef due to his passion for cooking and drive to educate his students. Chef Juan will be bringing his local favorite flavors such as Caribbean, Latin, and Italian. The Traveling Plate gives students of Arc Culinary the opportunity to work with local chefs. This month the series will launch volunteer servers from City Furniture.
