“The 2016 Secret Garden Tour of Fort Lauderdale”

Five distinctive subtropical gardens in Fort Lauderdale will be featured on a self-guided tour on Saturday, February 20, 2016. Tour at your leisure anytime between 9:00 am until 3:00 pm. Visit the “Flower Garden Shoppe” for plants, books and refreshments. A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase in advance for $25.00 per person beginning January 9, 2016 at www.flgc.org or call 954-561-8475. Tickets may be purchased the day of the tour for $30.00, if available.

The featured gardens are private gardens, not open for public viewing except for this special event. Each garden offers an opportunity to enjoy the splendor of south Florida gardening at its best. Explore a lush tropical oasis and luxuriate in a magnificence formal garden. Prepare to be awed by a landscape plan incorporating whimsical water features that transforms a small yard into an outdoor paradise. Be charmed by a lovely home with a quaint guest cottage.
