Shooters Waterfront will be hosting a roll-it-yourself sushi making class on Thursday, July 15th at 7:00 p.m. 

Executive Chef Rolando Centonzio will lead the eastern experience where guests will learn the art of the roll. The “roll-it-yourself” class teaches all about the art of making, plating, and sake pairing for only $40 per person. 

Under Chef’s step-by-step guidance, patrons are encouraged to embrace a new skill set by covering basic techniques such as prepping, proper equipment and the secrets to scouting out the freshest fish.  Then the hands-on learning experience begins with guests crafting two of their own sushi rolls before perfecting chopstick dexterity.
