Sixpence None the Richer, formed in the early ’90s in Texas by guitarist Matt Slocum and vocalist Leigh Nash, gained fame with their 1997 self-titled album featuring the hit, “Kiss Me,” a global sensation featured in numerous movies and TV shows. Their success continued with “There She Goes” and the 2002 album, Divine Discontent. The band disbanded in 2004 but later reunited, releasing Dawn of Grace and Lost in Transition.
In 2023, they released “The Tide,” and in 2024, they are preparing for a world tour. Curb Records is also celebrating the 25thAnniversary of the band’s self-titled (Kiss Me) album by re-releasing it in a collectible vinyl series that also features the new track, “The Tide.”
