Art and home décor converge at the Fourth Annual Red Shield Redesign Bash benefiting the Salvation Army, this year featuring Ty Pennington, television host, artist, and carpenter.
Pennington is most notable for hosting ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and as a carpenter on the TLC reality show, Trading Spaces. Pennington now manufactures a line of furniture with the Howard Miller Company and is one of the hosts of Food Network’s American Diner Revival.
The Fourth Annual Red Shield Redesign Bash, chaired by community leader Ginny Miller, will showcase furniture and home accessories transformed into one-of-a-kind art pieces by local artists, designers, and DIY hobbyists.
