Presented by the Gold Coast Jazz Society, Jeff Hamilton, Tamir Hendelman and Christoph Luty comprise the Jeff Hamilton Trio, led by drummer Jeff Hamilton. Also known as a bandleader and co-leader of the Clayton-Hamilton Orchestra, Jeff and his trio have recorded or performed with Diana Krall, Oscar Peterson, Ray Brown, and countless others. The trio’s recordings have received numerous awards. Jazz Journal International says Hamilton is “a most driving and technically accomplished drummer,” and the Denver Post cheers that “he brought the crowd to its feet.”
