The 3rd Annual Greater Fort Lauderdale Food & Wine Festival (GFLFW) presented by Visit Lauderdale, Broward County’s premier foodie experience invites the community to its FREE Family Day presented by Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital (JDCH).
Family Day presented by Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital will take place from 12 – 4 p.m. Sunday, January 16, 2022, at Las Olas Oceanside Park, located at 3000 E. Las Olas Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, FL. This event is open to children of all ages and includes kid friendly cooking demos from Chef Dario Stephen and Chef Josie Smith-Malave, Kids Can Cook hands-on culinary classes, live entertainment, arts and crafts, the JDCH Kid’s Zone, a selection of food trucks curated by Burger Beast and cocktail bars for of-age guests. While kids are learning fun cooking basics, guests ages 21 and up can enjoy learning about wine pairings and various tasting pallets at the New York State of Wine wine seminars presented by Boldly, NY.
NOTE: Family Day is FREE to attend, however, the suggested donation for admission is one, new/unwrapped, toy that will go to patients at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital.
