The Comeback Trail represents the physical, mental and spiritual journey of recovery for stroke survivors. In 2016, National Stroke Association is launching the Comeback Trail 5K series with 3 physical events in Littleton, Colorado; Fort Lauderdale, Florida; and at Jones Beach State Park in New York. Our inaugural event series comes on the heels of last year’s Come Back Strong campaign—our movement celebrating stroke recovery, hope, and survivorship.
