American Red Cross Celebrates a Century of Service in Broward County Hosting Dine & Dock Celebrity/CEO & Experience Auction 2017 Humanitarian Awards on September 27th at the HYATT Pier Sixty-Six. This once-a-year signature event is the single largest fundraising event for the Broward Chapter of the American Red Cross.
The “Centennial Event” begins with an ultra-chic VIP Reception (5:30p.m.) in the marina boasting chic lounges overlooking a beautiful sunset with gorgeous intracoastal views Guests can mix and mingle with access to the VIP Celebrities/CEOs that created exciting personal auction experiences. Champagne and appetizers will be served during this exceptional affair.
The networking Welcome Reception hosted by JM Family Enterprises, Inc. (6:30p.m.) is in the foyer of the beautiful Panorama room; guests will enjoy a variety of delicious food stations and fabulous cocktails courtesy of Republic National Distributing Company along with more networking and access to local celebrities and CEOs. At 7:30p.m. event emcees Evan Golden and Kavita Channe start the program as the Humanitarian Honorees receive their prestigious awards. This year Liz Caldwell, Estate Agent, Premier Estate Properties and Fire Chief Thomas J. DiBernardo – Sunrise Fire Dept. on behalf of the Fire Chief’s Association of Broward County will be presented the 2017 Humanitarian Awards. Both honorees embody the spirit of the American Red Cross through their contributions to the welfare and quality of life of the South Florida residents. Following the Humanitarian Awards will be high energy powerhouse VIP Celebrity auction. The event chair is Cindy Imperato.
There will be live performances by the Internationally Renowned “Original Speed Painter,” Michael Israel. Guests will have an opportunity to bid Michael’s one of a kind paintings. To date, celebrity experiences attendees can bid on include:
