Arc Culinary’s state-of-the-art Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen presents three distinct culinary experiences in August: Puerto Rican Flavors four-course culinary journey on Friday, August 16 at 7 p.m., $99 for the chef’s table or $89 for communal seating includes gratuity and alcoholic beverages; Sip & Dip chocolate and wine pairing on Saturday, August 24 at 4 pm., $60 per person; and Ladies Night Out on Friday, August 30 at 7 p.m. with tapas, music, drinks and shopping, $55 per person. Proceeds from ticket sales support Arc Broward’s mission of providing opportunities for children and adults with disabilities and other life challenges to realize their full potential.
