The Gold Coast Jazz Society presents the First Friday Jazz Jams. Jazz students are invited to bring their instruments and participate in this open jam session which provide students a chance to perform with a live professional backline, provided by the Gold Coast Jazz Society . The evening kicks off with a brief set by the jazz quartet led by Nicole Yarling and is followed by jamming with local student musicians. First Friday Jazz Jams are open to any jazz students from area middle schools, high schools, colleges, and universities. Audience members of all ages invited to attend. The event is free and open to the public.
