She lives, works and plays in downtown Fort Lauderdale, supporting her community in leadership roles on a variety of local boards. In addition, Renée has partnered with a number of nonprofit organizations, strategizing to raise millions of dollars for their causes. On the creative side, Renée is a featured columnist for local and national food and beverage publications and enjoys connecting people over the latest intriguing cocktail and culinary experiences to benefit her downtown community. She’s a former Riverwalk board chair/interim president and board member for the past 25 years.
Bob Swindell was named President and CEO of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance in 2009. He and his team assist local, national and international companies in moving their operations to Broward County. Thanks in parts to his efforts, South Florida has been designated a “mega-region of the future” and a driver of future U.S. economic growth.
The 23rd Annual Riverwalk Tribute will be held at the Riverside Hotel on Thursday, May 4th, 2023 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. There will be an exclusive VIP reception with the honorees from 5:00pm to 6:00pm. Honored guests, sponsors and special guests will enjoy an exquisite evening of cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, live entertainment and an impressive silent auction. There will also be a special presentation officially recognizing the 23rd Annual Riverwalk Tribute honorees.
