The HFL curatorial team, in collaboration with local African American cultural institutions and living members of African American pioneer families, will create a major permanent exhibit chronicling the challenges and triumphs of the regional Black Community 1790s-present day. Attendees will be asked to participate in a Q&A on the vision for this new exhibit.

Hosted in the Victory Black Box Theater at the LA Lee YMCA/Mizell Community Center.
