More employers, including the Miami Heat and Riverside Hotel, have been added to CareerSource Broward and the Broward Workforce Development Board, Inc.’s 10th annual Paychecks for Patriots Job Fair that has been rescheduled to Tuesday, November 29.

This FREE hiring event, hosted in partnership with the City of Plantation, United Way of Broward County’s MISSION UNITED, the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, and Employer Support of The Guard and Reserve, will connect veterans, military families and job seekers with over 75 prominent local employers recruiting for job opportunities in South Florida.

Attendees will have the opportunity to speak directly with recruiters and apply for jobs on the spot. There will also be an on-site Résumé Café to provide attendees with résumé reviews, administrative assistance and update/printing services.

Employers scheduled to participate in the hiring event include Advanced Roofing, Allied Universal, Amazon, Aramark Uniform Services, Broward County Government, Broward College, Broward Health, Coca-Cola, Dayton-Granger, Inc., Fed-Ex, FIU, Humana, Mastec, Memorial Healthcare System, Nova Southeastern University, Papa John’s, Primerica, Seminole Casino Coconut Creek, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, UPS, VITAS Health Care and many more.
