The 16th Charm Weddings Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest Runway Finale Event is a competition where people were asked to create Wedding Dresses and Headpieces using only Toilet Paper, Tape , Glue and Needle and Thread!
This event showcases the Top Ten Finalists from around the US and winners will be judged and announced on this day. The Grand Prize winner takes home $10,000.
