United Way of Broward County’s MISSION UNITED to host the Broward Veteran Stand Down on Saturday, September 24th at Nova Southeastern University.
- Connect with government and nonprofit agencies providing FREE services to veterans including housing, healthcare, education, mental health screenings and much more!
- Event partners include The Advocate Program, Feeding South Florida, Legal Aid, Multi-Agency Homeless Taskforce, Miami VA Medical Center, NSU Florida, TaskForce Fore Ending Homelessness and the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
- MISSION UNITED is a community-based initiative convening and aligning public and private resources in Broward County to support U.S. military service members, veterans and their families by helping them acclimate to civilian life.
