Life Market is here to create a wellness community in Fort Lauderdale. This is your all-encompassing (once a month!) market where you can take a yoga class, enjoy a meditative sound healing session, learn about different holistic practitioners (Ayurveda, TCM, reiki, etc.) and receive services from them, shop from local businesses, and eat amazing vegan food from local food vendors! Life Market is FREE to attend!

The theme of Life Market is Ayurveda. Yoga’s sister science Ayurveda (which translates to ayur –life, veda – knowledge) believes that each person is as unique as a fingerprint, and what balances one person may not balance another. Ayurveda sees diet, lifestyle, and environment as preventative measures to keep the body in homeostasis. Since Ayurveda and Yoga promote life through proper diet/nutrition, a healthy lifestyle, and beneficial environment, you can see that it is really an umbrella for all products and services that bring life and joy to an individual.
