The City of Fort Lauderdale seeks your input on proposed changes to its landscape and tree protection ordinances.

The ordinances are in the process of being revised to better align with City Commission priorities and the City’s Press Play Strategic Plan Objective to grow and enhance our urban forest.

The proposed revisions to the Unified Land Development Regulation (ULDR) Section 47-21 are intended to strengthen and clarify the landscape and tree preservation ordinance.

The specific ordinance changes will be presented and summarized during the upcoming meetings.
