Patrick Scott is a Fort Lauderdale native whose Cuban grandmother moved to Fort Lauderdale as a newlywed in 1927. He is a lawyer, and has studied, written, and lectured on local history for nearly 30 years. Pat has made a special study of early settlements in South Florida.
