☼ WHAT: 60+ minutes Hatha Yoga Eco Flow class which consists of postures, breathing and meditation in the pure healing vibes of Nature. Teacher will demo and give clear directions with posture modifications for all levels to enjoy.

Class is open to ALL LEVELS and NEWBIES to Yoga. This is a very casual and inviting environment where every color, shape and size is welcome!

☼ PAY: only $10 cash for best the investment in health & happiness.
($5 for financial hardship/UNemployeed locals)

☼ BRING: A mat or towel, sunglasses, sunblock, water & your friends!

☼ TIME: 9:00AM / arrive 10 minutes before class begins.

☼ PARKING: Plenty metered parking across the street on NE 9th street beach neighborhood with all the shops. Or go a little south to Vistamar St beach entrance (lifeguard st 12) for more metered
parking.
