A Marine, A Cop and A Comic! This show’s headliner Dwayne Gill is a triple threat!
As a comic he has shared the stage with famous funny people such as Louie Anderson, Kathleen Madigan, and John Heffron. As a State Trooper he has shared a car with Governor Engler, Governor Granholm and Governor Snyder.
Dwayne was voted World’s Funniest Cop in 2005, and was invited to the prestigious Boston Comedy Festival in 2006. He performed at the Detroit Comedy Festival in 2009 and 2010. He showcased in the Best of the Midwest show at Gilda’s Laughfest in Grand Rapids 2011. Dwayne was the wildcard winner and finalist in the “Stand Up its Miller Time” National Comedy Competition hosted by Kevin Hart in Las Vegas in 2012.He has hosted the BET “Apollo Live Lounge Tour” in Detroit and Chicago in 2012. And just recently Dwayne was voted “Best of the Fest” at the San Luis Obispo Comedy Festival in California. He has been featured on the “Bob and Tom” National radio show, and his comedy can be heard on SiriusXM Raw Dog 99. Dwayne also guest host on Michigan’s “Big Show” Sitting in for Michael Patrick Shiels.
Dwayne’s topics range from current events, men and women relationships to the crazy situations he’s encountered as a police officer. As an actor, Dwayne has appeared in the ABC crime drama Detroit 1-8-7, and the movie “Crave” He has also been a guest on the nationally syndicated “Bob and Tom” Radio show.
So if you have never met a cop with a sense of humor, then it’s obvious you haven’t met Dwayne!

He is a three-time Ultimate Miami Comedian finalist (2015,2017 & 2019), a 2018 top 101 World Series of Comedy Comics in the Country and the winner of the Coconut Grove Comedy Festival and Coral Gables Comedy Festival. He’s funny, he’s quick, and he’s a huge fan of people who don’t heckle comedians.
