Frank Contemporaries is a free monthly pop-up exhibition and meet-up for emerging creative and visual arts professionals to network and foster connections. The November Frank Contemporaries will spotlight artists of Studio 18 in the Pines, Pembroke Pines’ very own arts incubator that offers affordable space and professional development opportunism for emerging and mid-career artists. Featured artists of the evening include Ana Aguerrevere, Yochi Yakir-Avin, Laurence Levine and Rey Lozano. This event will include a presentation on upcoming exhibitions, calls to artists, and programs for local artists by Michael Edelberg, the curator and community engagement coordinator for Studio 18 in The Pines. This event is free to the public. Complimentary refreshments and hors d’oeuvres will be served.
