New York City-based jazz trumpeter Terell Stafford performs a tribute to the jazz greats pianist/composer Billy Strayhorn and trumpeter Lee Morgan. Hailed by McCoy Tyner as “one of the great players of our time, a fabulous trumpet player,” Stafford performs with jazz’s “A” list of players and appears on over 130 recordings. His “A” list of sidemen include: Tim Warfield/tenor sax; Bruce Barth/piano; Nathan Pence/bass; and Billy Williams/drums.
