BRING: Drink, sunglasses, sunscreen & gloves. Towel/mat if your staying for yoga after the sweep.

DATE: Monday, October 29th

TIME: 7:30am – 8:30am (beach sweep) ~ 9:00am – 10:00am (yoga class)

LOCATION: 870 N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. FORT LAUDERDALE BEACH ~ A1A one BLOCK “SOUTH” of Sunrise Blvd at the NE 9th ST beach entrance & near Lifeguard Stand #13. This is also across the street from McSorley’s pub (you can use McSorley’s address to find us: 837 N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd)

PARKING: Ample parking with meters across from NE 9th Street beach in the neighborhood with all the shops. Or go a little south to Vistamar St beach entrance and there is plenty of metered parking. Bring money for meters.

KIDS: Kids are welcome to come with parents to either practice Yoga or set up off to the side and play in the sand.
