Funding Arts Broward (FAB!), a non-profit volunteer-based arts organization committed to preserving and cultivating the arts in Broward County, will present its ever-popular Fall Luncheon on Tues., Oct. 16, from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at Broward Center for the Performing Arts’ Mary N. Porter Riverview Ballroom. The event will feature an engaging presentation by Randy Cohen, vice president of research and policy at Americans for the Arts, and special performances from “Broadway and Beyond” presented by the Dillard Performing Arts Center.

Cohen will present “Trends in the Arts: What’s Hot and What’s Not Across America.” His relevant experience includes work as a policy specialist for the National Endowment for the Arts, as well as founder and managing director of the San Diego Theatre for Young Audiences. Randy is a prominent expert in arts funding, research and policy with the know-how of how to integrate the arts.

As part of the lunch program, guests will enjoy a performance from the production of “Broadway and Beyond” as presented by the Dillard Performing Arts Center. This show highlights the best of Broadway with an array of beloved favorite songs from popular musicals.
