Canine Assisted Therapy is a local nonprofit organization committed to enhancing the lives of children and adults in South Florida through the use of certified pet therapy teams. Not only do our therapy dogs assist children with special needs, the elderly, and Armed Forces veterans, but they also provide support in times of crisis. Over the past six months, Canine Assisted Therapy dogs have been providing comfort to the students, teachers, and staff at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.
