The charm and spirt of Ludwig Bemelmans’ beloved Madeline series comes alive in the colorful musical Madeline and the Bad Hat. This amusing adaptation by ArtsPower National Touring Theatre traces the adventures of a young Parisian girl who – despite starting off on the wrong foot with a mischievous new neighbor – eventually learns that first impressions  aren’t everything and that enemies can become friends. Each show in the series includes free pre-show face painting and arts activities hosted by Young At Art along with a complimentary post-show sweet treat from Hoffman’s Chocolates.
