Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort is once again helping the community find their center during its monthly fitness event, Balance on BalQony. Taking place on the resort’s open-air oceanfront venue, BalQony, the event will celebrate International Yoga Day with a special session provided by lululemon’s yoga ambassador, Amanda White. Attendees will also have the chance to win one of four customized yoga mats by local artist David Lavernia, with proceeds from the raffle benefitting Taylors Closet.  Light bites and refreshments will be provided courtesy of Organic Bee, SpaJuiceBar, and Dr. Juice Health. Tickets are $20 per person and include: the workout session; food and beverage; and resort valet parking. Donations will be accepted for the yoga mat raffle.

*Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, as equipment is limited.
