Cheers to 30 years! This vital community event has raised more than $3 million since it began in 1988 with its mission of supporting Broward County Library literacy programs to support literacy programs and services that enrich the entire community. Literary Feast begins at 5:30 p.m. with a gala Welcome Reception in the Panorama Ballroom of the Pier Sixty-Six Hotel & Marina, complete with open bar, hors d’oeuvres, book sales and signings and an outstanding silent auction. At 7:30 p.m., guests depart for intimate dinners featuring an author hosted in private homes or upscale restaurants. Tickets start at $175; for an additional donation of $150, you will be guaranteed your first or second choice of literary dinners.
