Indulge your curiosity and find your balance of madness and zen at W Fort Lauderdale’s Masquerade ‘Down the Rabbit Hole’ yoga experience. Part of the hotel’s ‘The Journey’ yoga series, Masquerade will guide attendees from downward dog to warrior pose through a mind-bending journey with glow in the dark body paint and mystical tunes. Enter the rabbit hole at 7 PM and emerge into an interactive wonderland where you can create your own unique body paint and mask design with body paint drip, bubble trip and mystical masks. At 8 PM, the Wonderland Yoga Flow begins with instructor Cristal Gould and mystic muses, Meghan Levi and Chloe Ravel. After the practice, continue down the kaleidoscopic path with a transcendental closing mediation, followed by an after party in Living Room with cocktail specials throughout the night. Tickets cost $20 in advance, $25 at the door and include complimentary valet. Attendees must bring their own mat and good vibes.
