Arc Broward will continue their pop-up dinner series, Traveling Plate, in September with Chef Jeff Vincent of Funky Buddha Brewery. The dinner will be held at Elks Youth Camp in Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. In true camp style, Chef Jeff Vincent will be serving up a cafeteria-style elevated 4-course BBQ experience with the help of Arc Culinary student chefs in training.

The Traveling Plate gives students of Arc Culinary the opportunity to work with local chefs. The revenue generated helps students with disabilities and other life challenges transform their lives and build new futures.
