“Hungry Girl” brand creator Lisa Lillien will discuss the newest cookbook, Hungry Girl Clean & Hungry, in her bestselling cookbooks series on April 13 at 7:30 p.m. The book offers a real-world approach to eating clean with recipes that are low in calories and starchy carbs, use all-natural ingredients and are high in protein and fiber. The dishes are made with little or no added sugar, are basically guilt-free with huge portions.  The book features more than 100 gluten-free and over 90 vegetarian recipes, as well as over 40 recipes made with five ingredients or less.  Joan Murray of CBS4 will moderate the program.
