Lisa Scott-Founds began her career with Winterfest in 1995 as their Corporate and Community Relations Manager. She was named Executive Director in April, 1996. As a Fort Lauderdale native, Lisa’s holiday connection with Winterfest catapulted her desire to produce this South Florida tradition. Under her direction, Winterfest has grown into an internationally recognized event, which has earned the title “The World’s Most Watched Boat Parade.”
